If you need help, there are a few departments that will be able to assist you depending on what you need.

For questions about COURSE MATERIAL, CURRICULUM, CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, and FACULTY reach out to the ECP Curriculum and Instruction Team (also called the programming team) at SAIC-YOUTH@saic.edu

For help regarding REGISTRATION AND TUITION, contact the Continuing Studies Enrollment Team at CS@saic.edu

For help ACTIVATING YOUR SAIC EMAIL or TROUBLESHOOTING and error message, contact the CRIT Help Desk at crithelpdesk@saic.edu

For help ACCESSING CANVAS, contact the Canvas Support Team at canvas-help@saic.edu

SAIC office hours are typically 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need help for the first class meeting we have extended hours. 

Email SAIC-YOUTH@SAIC.EDU and a staff member will be available to help you one hour before the start of class through the first hour of your class meeting.
