If you need help, there are a few departments that will be able to assist you depending on what you need.

• For questions about COURSE MATERIAL, CURRICULUM, CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, and FACULTY reach out to the ACE curriculum and instruction team at saic-ace@saic.edu. 

  • Please note our faculty members do not have office hours, thus, the response time will vary.

• For assistance with REGISTRATION, TUITION, AND PAYMENT, contact the Continuing Studies enrollment team at cs@saic.edu.

• For help ACTIVATING YOUR SAIC EMAIL or TROUBLESHOOTING an error message, contact the CRIT Help Desk at crithelpdesk@saic.edu.

• For help ACCESSING CANVAS, contact the Canvas Support Team at canvas-help@saic.edu. 

SAIC office hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need help with the first class meeting, the curriculum and instruction team has extended hours. Email saic-ace@saic.edu and a staff member will be available to help you one hour before the start of class through the first hour of your class meeting.
