Final Portfolio Review

Final Portfolio Review 

Completion of a Certificate requires a portfolio review, fulfilled by participation in Portfolio Review Days offered in the fall and spring. 

Final portfolio reviews are taken during or after the student's final coursework term.

Students will also need to complete the certificate program completion form, submit high-quality digital images of their work, and take part in a brief exit interview to receive their digital certificate.

Preparing for a Final Portfolio Review 

Students are required to submit five or more high-quality images of their work for their student record. (These do not need to be the same images you show in your portfolio review. This submission is separate from what you may choose to share for your review.)

Certificate Program High-Quality Documentation Parameters

• Images should be at least 1600x1200 pixels or 8x10 inches at 300 dpi.

• Acceptable image file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF

• Use the following naming convention for your files: LastName_FirstName_Title/FileName

Fill out the Certificate Program Completion Form online 

• • In this form, you will be asked to upload five images of your work and a signed Media Consent Form. You will also provide contact and program information. 

  • Submit this form after you register for your final course requirement(s) and prior to requesting a Portfolio Review Day appointment.
