Exit Survey 

After you have participated in Portfolio Review Day, the last step is for you to complete a brief exit survey. 

This survey aims to obtain your feedback on the certificate program and allow you to reflect on your experience and accomplishments. 

You will receive an exit survey email two to four weeks after Portfolio Review Day.
