For students who require verification of enrollment or proof of successful completion, there are two options. Students who are being reimbursed by their employer for taking classes may find this helpful.
The first option is to request an official transcript. Transcripts can be requested online through the Office of Records and Registration. ACE courses are not offered for credit and are indicated by the grading basis AUD, or Audit, on the Registration Statement and Transcript.
The second option is to download the Letter of Successful Completion/Student Evaluation and provide it to your instructor. It’s important that you download this form and provide it to your instructor before the end of the class to make sure they have time to complete it for you. Both your signature and your instructor’s signature are required for this form. This will not be documented on your permanent record. It is a document completed by you and your instructor.
