Allowing Your Directory Information to be Shared

To begin, type Manage My Privacy Settings in your Workday search bar.

To allow your information to be shared outside of the institution and be included in the public student directory select the options of:

• I consent to share my information outside of this institution

• I want my directory information to be public 

The combination of these options will allow Adams State University to include information about you in certain publications, such as student directories, graduation programs, playbills for theatre productions, or sport programs. It also allows the university to do pre-employment education verifications with potential employers.

When you select for your directory information to be public, some information will be public by default. You then have the option to select other information to be listed in the directory. Check the box next to each item you wish to be displayed on your profile. Your profile will be viewable by other Adams State students.
