Click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
2. Click the View Profile button
3. Click on Academics
4. Click on Academic Progress
5. The page will display your Academic Progress Report (APR). You will first see progress wheels dsiplaying your progress towards completion. You will then see information including your cumulative GPA and how many courses are counting towards your degree.
6. You may see a section for Unused Registrations. Clicking on the hyperlinked number will open a new window which displays courses you have completed that are not counting towards degree requirements. Examples: remedial, PE, failed, not part of your degree plan.
7. The next section of the page will detail how many credits are required for your degree and how many credits are satisfying the requirement. To see which courses are satisfying the requirement, click the number listed in the Hours Satisfying box (only includes completed courses).
8. The next section of your Academic Progress Report (APR) details speciic degree requirements. The Requirements Effective date correlates to which catalog you are following.
9. Requirements are listed in the left hand column. Then you will see a status of either Not Satisfied, In Progress, or Satisfied. In the columns right of the requirements you will see which of your courses are applying to specific degree requirements.
10. Your report may have multiple sections, especially if you have a minor. To navigate through your APR, utilize the section scrroll bar, the section navigation tools, and the main scroll bar.
11. To see additional information about a requirement, click the related actions button next to the requirement name.
12. If an override was assigned to a requirement, it will be notated at the end of the requirement name. You can click on the related actions button (as shown in the last step) to see additional information about the override.
13. If you have an transfer coures counting in your APR it will be notated in the course title. If you click on the related actions button it will open a pop up window where you can see details about the transfer course.
14. Any courses in which you are currently enrolled will be denoted with an '(In Progress)' indicator following the course title.
15. If you are pursuing a program of study that you do not see represented in your Academic Progress Report, contact your advisor or follow the instructions in the training library in regards to adding a program of study.
