How to Access Financial Information in Workday

Your student account in Workday helps you stay on top of your college finances — including tuition, scholarships, payments, and more.

Here’s how to find your financial info and make a payment if needed:

Step 1:  Log In

1.  Go to the Workday login page

2.  Sign in using your Adams State student email and password 

Step 2:  Open the Financials Hub

1.  Click on the Menu tab in the top left corner

2.  Look for and click on Financials Hub

  Don’t see the Financials Hub?

  No problem! Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click Add Apps

• In the search bar, type Financials Hub

• Click the (+) plus sign next to it to add it to your menu 

Step 3:  View Your Account Information

Once you're in the Financials Hub, you can check all your account details:

1.  Click on View Account Activity

• This shows a summary of your account, including:

  • Your current account balance

  • Any charges (like tuition or fees)

  • Any scholarships or financial aid you’ve received

2.  Look for the Due Now Details tab

• This shows:

  • What you currently owe

  • Your total account balance

  • Options to make a payment or set up a payment plan

Step 4:  Make a Payment or Set Up a Plan

• Click Make a Payment to:

  • Pay your bill online

  • Or enroll in a payment plan (which splits your bill into smaller monthly payments)
