How to View Your Inbox and Notifications in Workday
Check your Workday Inbox and Notifications DAILY!!
Here is where you will find important information and action items to complete that will get you your money into your account as quickly as possible!
How to Access your Inbox:
1) Look for the "open envelope" to the right of the "bell"
2) Click on the "open envelope" to access your Inbox
NOTE: Specific ACTION ITEMS will show up in your Inbox. There will be detailed instructions for you to complete these ACTION ITEMS.
Examples of ACTION ITEMS:
Missing Student Information (all kinds!)
Missing information on your FAFSA
You have been selected for Verification by the Department of Education and must provide additional documentation
How to Access your Notifications:
1) Look for the "bell" at the top righthand corner of your Workday account
2) Click on the "bell" to access your Notifications
