Student Reports

To view any of the reports below, type the name of the report in your Workday search bar. The topmost commonly used reports for students include: 

Find Course Sections 

This report lists course sections for a specific academic period and level, including details like location, instructor, and meeting pattern. 

View My Academic Record 

Displays your completed courses, earned hours, and academic standing for all terms during your duration at ASU as a student. 

View My Academic Progress 

Displays your progress toward completing your Program(s) of Study. 

View My Active Holds 

Displays all active holds that may be preventing you from registering, obtaining your transcript, or other tasks. 

View My Courses 

Displays courses in which you are currently enrolled. 

View My Grades 

Displays course grades for the Academic Period you specify. 

View My Saved Schedules 

Displays upcoming and past Saved Schedules. 

View My Support Network 

Displays your advising team information.
