Follow the directions below to create a saved schedule and then register for all courses on the schedule at once.
STEP 1
Start by hovering over the "Student" icon on the Workday navigation panel. Then click "Academics".
STEP 2
Click on "Find Course Sections" under "Planning & Registration".
STEP 3
Type the appropriate semester (ex: 'spring 2026') and click enter to search.
STEP 4
Click the box next to the appropriate level.
STEP 5
Click OK.
STEP 6
Type the course you are looking for into the search bar.
STEP 7
In the search results click a course section for further details.
STEP 8
Click on" Add to Saved Schedule".
STEP 9
Select either Add to "New Saved Schedule" or "Existing Saved Schedule". Then either enter a name for your new schedule or select an existing schedule. Click OK.
STEP 10
On the next screen you will see the course section that you selected displayed in a calendar view.
STEP 11
From here, you have a few different options.
If that is the only course you want to add to your schedule for now, click save at the bottom of your screen.
If you've decided you do not want that course on your saved schedule, click the trash icon next to the course.
If you want to search for another course to add, click Clear All and then enter the course in the search bar.
Click the plus icon to add the desired course section to your schedule.
If you add a course that does not have a set meeting time, it will be displayed across all days at the top of your schedule, as shown below.
If you add a course to your schedule that you are not eligible for, you will receive an alert at the top of your screen. If you click on the alert you can view additional information.

When you are done click Save.
Step 13
You can view your saved schedules at anytime by hovering over the "Student" icon on the navigation panel, then clicking "Academics". Then Select "View My Saved Schedules" under Planning and Registration.
Step 14
From your saved schedule screen, click the Register button next to the desired schedule.
Step 15
Review your schedule and click the Register button.
Step 16
Workday will then display a confirmation of successfully registered course sections.
