Navigating the Academics Hub

Overview

The Academics Hub allows you to view and access many items related to your academic record, such as your holds, current class schedule, and academic progress, etc.

To begin, click the Menu button in the upper left hand corner of your Workday Screen. Under the Student Section, click Academics

On the RIGHT side of the Academics Hub are links to various tasks and reports. Below we will explore each category.

Planning & Registration

The Planning & Registration category provides links such as: Find Course Sections, View My Courses, Find Courses, View My Saved Schedules, and Request Course Section Prerequisite Override. 

Academic Records

The Academic Records category provides links such as: View My Grades, View My Holds, View My Academic Record, and Apply for Program Completion. 

Academic Advising

The Academic Advising category provides links such as: View My Academic Progress, View My Student Appointments, Evaluate Academic Requirements, and View Evaluated Academic Requirements. 

General Help

The General Help category provides links such as: Request My Accommodations and Change My Privacy Settings. 

The MIDDLE of the Academic Hub shows general information such as My Holds, Current Schedule, and Important Contacts Support Network. 

The LEFT side of the Academic Hub shows general information about registration, tasks, and academic progress.
