Click on the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
2. Click on the View Profile button
3. Click on Academics from the blue navigation bar
TO ADD A PROGRAM OF STUDY
4. To add a new major/minor/emphasis in addition to those you already have on your record, click the Add Program of Study button
5. Search for the program of study you wish to add. In this example we will add a Spanish Minor
6. Enter an Expected Completion Date that matches the Expected Completion Date for your primary of study (major).
7. Click on Submit
TO REMOVE A PROGRAM OF STUDY
8. To remove a program of study, click on the Request button next the major, minor, or emphasis. Then click Remove Program of Study.
9. Select the box next to the program you would like to remove.
10. Click on Confirm
11. Click on Submit
TO CHANGE (SWAP) A PROGRAM OF STUDY
12. To change your program of study, click the Request button and then Change Program of Study Record
13. To swap one program of study with another, click the X next to the program of study you wish to remove to clear value.
14. Next, search for the program you want to add
15. Select the radio button next to the program you want to add.
16. Review the Expected Completion date. Update if needed, but keep in mind that minors and emphases must match the expected completion date for your primary major.
17. Click on Submit
