Each activity planned by the PLC will have an SiC working with the guidance of an Adult-in-Charge (AiC), with a few exceptions.
These exceptions include Courts of Honor, Spring Skills Campout, December Lock-in, Webelos recruiting events and long-term camping. These events are planned, as a group, by the PLC and the Scoutmaster; or in the case of long-term camping, by the PLC and the Troop Committee.
