You have four inference strategies:
· It Says, I Do
· Inference Chart
· Questioning the Author
· Asking Inferential Questions: Solving the Mystery
1. You will analyze the information from the article in the handout “How Teens Use Media” using these strategies.
2. You must use each strategy at least once.
3. There are seven articles and an introduction (executive summary) to analyze.
4. Once you have used each strategy at least once you may choose what strategy to use for the remainder of articles.
5. You need to write on a separate sheet of paper, because you will not have enough space to do all the articles on your handout.
