Put the Google Drive app on your phone if you have not already done so.
Form a group of 3-4 (2 may be acceptable if both are exceptional/ dependable students). Keep in mind that the entire group is responsible for all of the project points. By choosing a group, you have forfeited your right to points not earned due to another group member's failure of completing their responsibility or lack of "correctness" in completing the responsibility. All group members are responsible to check each other's work and keep each other on task!
Decide if you wish to exchange phone #'s to text outside of class in case of an emergency.
One group member-- create a Final Project folder inside the Shared Class folder (but outside the marking period folders). Share it with your partners by inviting them with emails and give them permission to edit. Inside the Final Project folder, create the following folders: Plan, Pictures and Videos, Narration, Music, Research, and Final Movie and Evaluation (you do not have to set the share settings-- they automatically are shared with your partners since they are inside the Final Project folder).
Once this has been created, other members, go to Google Drive and go to Shared with me on the left task menu in your Drive. Find the Final Project folder they shared with you. Right click on it and click on Organize and then Add Shortcut. You will then be able to access this folder in your own Drive.
SHARE the planning sheet in Google Classroom on DAY 1 with all of your group members.
All group members open the planning sheet and brainstorm to complete the planning sheet. Remember, the subject of the video is OTHS! Keep in mind that you are educating, inspiring, and encouraging your Class of 2028 peers to do the right thing or teaching them about an aspect of OTHS they might not be familiar with.
