CapStagePLC User Manual

Introduction:

Install and run CapStagePLC device on new computer.

Important Notes:

1. Launch the SVE server first located at GUI_BELLA_CAP_PLC.lvproj. This should launch the Modbus communication with the PLC over modbus. Host name of PLC is BELLACAPPLC with ipaddress 192.168.14.107

Procedure:

Steps to run device:

Follow steps 1 and 2 if the device type is not already in your database

1. Follow steps of Add/Edit new device type

2. Enter Name “CapStagePLC” and Relative Path “CapStagePLC\CapStagePLC.lvclass” and click on create/Modify Devicetype.

3.Then Add New PL1-Stage-Cap Device by following steps of Create New Device and Launch New Device

GUI exe path- "\General GUIs\Device GUIs\GUI_BELLA_CAP_PLC\GUI_BELLA_CAP_PLC.exe"

4. Modify Devicetype Variable for new device

5. Launch local GUI from master control

7. User can also set Devicetype variable values from GUI_BELLA_CAP_PLC.
