*Sushi Couture in South Beach Florida

“Online review of Sushi Couture”

Have you ever been to Miami, Florida? If you have, there is a very good chance that you have probably heard about Sushi Couture. It is a sushi restaurant(if you haven’t already figured that out) in South Beach. Before I tell you about it, here are the things that you should know about me. I’m a 13 year old kid who often has sushi(once or twice every two weeks or so), and I only went to this place once. First let’s talk about the service. It was really good. They would come once every 4-5 minutes, leaving you enough leeway time to think about what you want, and when you want it. So you can tell that the service was pretty good.

Now about the food. Let’s start off with the appetizers. The edamame was well steamed, and had a pretty good amount of salt on it. The tuna pizza was also really good. Don’t get scared. It’s not like it’s an actual pizza with tuna on it. It is a small piece of bread, with tuna on it, and has some sauces that I don’t remember the names of on it. It was really good, and everyone at my table had at least 2-3 slices(and I was with 18 people)! The miso soup was superb. It was a pretty clean broth, with a lot of tofu and seaweed. The last appetizer that I got was the kani salad. And can I just say wow. It was amazing. Honorable.First-class. Stupendous. That is how good it was.

Now for the main course. The first roll that I got, was the eel roll. It was really good. The part of it that I thought was the best was probably the fact that you could put as much teriyaki sauce on it as you pleased. Another roll that I got was the rock shrimp tempura roll. It isn’t to commonly ordered, so I’ll tell you what is in it. It’s -rice and seaweed on the outside, and on the inside there is some tuna. To top that all off, on the top was a piece of rock shrimp tempura, which if I can just say, was just heavenly. The next roll that I got was shumai. It was perfectly steamed, and it was a little bigger than most shumai, which meant that there was a little more shrimp in it than others. The last roll I got was the california roll. It was I don’t know maybe the finest, 10 out of 10, culminating, beyond compare california roll that I’ve ever had.

Now let’s talk about the only con. There was very little room in there. Where I was sitting you could barely move. I was so cramped that when I went to the bathroom, i hurdled out of everything in my way. Even though there was this important con, because of the food, and service, I’d give it a five stars out of five stars.
