*Bistro at Red Bank (Restaurant)

“Bistro at Red Bank

Hi, I my name is Ava and I am a 12 year old girl! I am reviewing the restaurant Bistro. I would say I have a pretty “experienced” palate so Bistro suits me well. II have been going there for about six years, and I absolutely love this restaurant. This restaurant had everything, from seafood, to steak, pastas and pizzas, to sushi as well!

This restaurant is superb, like I explained before they have everything there. It has Greek, Italian, and Japanese all infused into one wonderful restaurant. And I know what you may think: “They are putting to many different types of food and flavors together that it may not taste good.” But this is so not, at least in my opinion. They have the best of everything and they make it taste so delicious. The sushi is always fresh, and the steak always has so much flavor and can be cooked to your desire! So even if you have a love meat, pasta, or maybe you are a vegetarian, they still have so many things for you.

The restaurant on the interior is really beautiful. They have bright brick walls, almost as red as a ruby. It also has big lamps hung high above, that glow over each table, like the moon shining bright all over the town. They are also very near, almost two minutes walk away from the river in Red Bank. So it’s very nice after the nice big or even light meal you just had to go take a relaxing walk, and see the sun go down.

These are the even greater things about the restaurant: They have outdoor seating, which is exceptionally nice in the summer. You can feel the warm breeze on your back and let the sun rays come down and give you a nice warm hug. Also, the place doesn't always get to noisy, like at some other restaurant like the one down the street, Char. The service though by far is the greatest of any other restaurant I've been to. As soon as I walk in there they give my sister and I high five, and shake my mom and dad’s hand. Since we've been going there so long, we get seated really fast, sometimes before people who have been waiting a while to be seated.

This is the downside of this restaurant: it doesn't have the greatest lighting, I mean the lamps may look nice but it doesn't actually give off anything. So you're sitting there having to squint at our menu. Also the place really isn’t for kids. I mean not all seven year old like to sit and have to hold chopsticks to eat sushi! The place is really more for older kids(10 up) and adult. I would not recommend this for very young kids.

All in all, this is an exceptional restaurant. It may have a few flaw (the lighting) but restaurant does not? I would rate this restaurant a nine and a half. It has scrumptious food the .5 is for the lighting but everything else is simply perfect and I would recommend this to anyone.
