Raspberry Whip

4 egg whites

4 Tbs. Sugar

4 Tbs. Raspberry Preserves

2 Tbs. Raspberry Brandy

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until the whites stand in soft peaks. Add the sugar and beat for one more minute. Fold in the raspberry preseres and brandy. Serve in tall glasses with a thin cookie. Should be made right before serving time.
