Mustard-Vinegar Barbecue Sauce

1 cup cider Vinegar

1 cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon creole mustard

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan combine all ingredients and heat to a simmer while whisking. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Smoked, Pulled Pork.
