Instructions:

Study the AUP Policy and Review using these PowerPoint Presentations:

NOTE: If you DO NOT read the AUP booklet, you WILL more than likely violate one of these guidelines within just a few working days.

• 1. Take the online test (below)

  2. Submit the test (Press the Submit Button)

  3. If you reach the target score you will be eligible for an Internet Driver's License

  4. Print out Permission Slip

  5. Sign Permission Slip

  6. Return Permission Slip the Studio

Everyone will receive a UNIQUE USERNAME: All student usernames begin with the year of graduation (Example: 04, 05, 06), then the first 5 letters of the last name and finally the first letter of the first name. (Example: 04smithc)

Teacher Usernames will be given to you when you turn in the Permission Slip.

FORM--You must make a score of 45 (questions are worth from 1 to 6 points each depending on their content)
