4. Send tech@arpisd.org their name, position, and phone number (for IAN)
5. Schedule a time for them to come to the Studio to complete their online requirements for username and password.
6. Assign Email and Computer Account with same passwords (capital, small, numbers, and special character 8-12 long) Use first name, last initial to assign username
7. Add to appropriate email groups—Teachers are in their OWN group---- aides, secretaries are in PRO group or STAFF.
8. Log into Chrome
9. Log into File Stream on assigned Computer.
10. Take their picture and introduce them to Arp ISD
11. Introduce to QuickLinks, QuickStarts, and Required PD
12. Assign to Online Required PD
13. Assign to IANotify and Introduce to Twitter @ ArpISD
14. Give them a Calendar.
15. Gradebook (Campus Secretary) and Frontline is done in Admin Office.
16. Offer Teachers Laptop Workshop, iPad Workshop, Cart Workshops OTHER TEACHER REQUIREMENTS
17. Assist them with their Website & Calendars for classes
18. Add them to Arp Website per Campus, Room, Phone, and their URL.
19. Quickstart for phone. Send phone invitation.
20. Explain Ninite
21. Introduce them to Tech Surveys (Maintenance & Tech Tool Requests), CIPA Surveys and LoTI Surveys.
22. Give them Tech Flyer and QuickTips
23. Determine Google License status
