Steps for Monitoring Student Learning

(1) Create A Document that is a Writing Assignment in your SHARE folder

(2) Share Document with Students

a. Instruct them to MAKE A COPY of the Assignment

b. Locate the Copy and Move it to their Student Share folder (Lastname_Course)

c. RENAME the Document - LASTNAME_ASSIGN#

d. SHARE the Document with your teacher for COMMENTS

(3) Monitor their own progress as teacher makes comments

(4) Here is an example:

  • COPY this Document (Locate it), Place it in your Personal Share Folder for our course (example Lastname_English1)

  • RENAME the Document LastName_Assignment#

  • SHARE document with your Teacher for COMMENTS when you are ready for comments.

  • STAY alert to comments that your teacher has given you.
