Polaroid Collages

Purpose: 

To continue to develop creative problem-solving skills by creating polaroid collages in a unique original way; 

To further develop your Photoshop knowledge and skills;

I was fairly successful with finding parts of my chosen images to “pop” out of the frames of the Polaroid pictures, but I initially struggled with finding images to use for the assignment. I felt like none of the images were that interesting, and included people other than me. Eventually, I found some images that I thought might work well, but I still didn’t love them. I found it pretty easy to use Photoshop, but sometimes I forgot the specific steps needed to achieve the result I was looking for, and finding help online could prove frustrating. I also got somewhat frustrated by the Polaroid frames looking flat or boring, as well as finding a layout that didn’t look bad. Overall, I enjoyed the assignment but struggled to find pictures for it.
