This phot demonstrates a blur action shot. The flag was in motion so it's blurred in the photo but Remi wasn't in motion and is remains still. I value how the flag is blurred enough that you can tell it's in motion but you can still make out that it's a flag.
During the toys photoshoot, I'm not sure why but I created a whole love story using plastic ducks. This is the wedding photo that consists of multiple duck characters. I like how warm the the final result of the picture is.
It was beautiful outside when we went out for this walk. The sky was half grey and blue which is shown here. I also like how each side and corner has something different with the school in the bottom left corner and a tree on the right side.
Also from the taking a walk photoshoot, this photo shows the rest of the grey sky with a gap of blue in the middle. I really liked how powerful the sky looked in this and the contrast between the grey sky and red and green trees. This photoshoot showed me the power of editing which I really enjoyed.
This photo shows the tiles of a plate through the bottom of a glass with water. I really like the details of the water and glass that can be seen. You can also see the reflection of the ceiling lights from the water.
This was a photoshoot where I struggled to perfect the lighting in order to spotlight the subject and avoid graininess. However I was pleased with this photo the most. I really like the quality and how his expression is neutral. His shadown also adds to the photo.
This photo represents the Mid-Range shot in the EMACE series. Additionally to the action, I really like how colorful the shot is with a blue sky and green trees along with the red track and other white parts.
I captured this shot to demonstrate the high school experience through photos inspired by an article. I'm not exactly sure if there's a clear message here but I like how this group wasn't intentionally formed. Written responses are the weekly practice assignments that I enjoyed the most because I enjoy writing and expressing my thoughts and opinions.
I'm not sure what the item that was used as the frame is but it became very useful. It was able to balance nicely, creating a unique frame for the toy dinosaur.
There are two subjects in here the demonstrate the rule of thirds on either sides. Besides this photography element, I like how clear the field looks here and its greenness .
All the leafs in this photo are the same so it represents repetition. I find this shade of color to be really pretty and I like how the background it blurred out.
While this photo is from the toys assignment, I used colored layers to put a blue, pink, and purple streak in the middle. I didn't want to drown this photo in dark colors because I thought the original light lighting was pretty and didn't need to be taken away.
This photo consists of multiple yearbooks stacked on top of each other. I like how smooth all the pages look together. I also like how there's lines of color separating the white pages to outline what the subjects are.
This photo represents the birds eye angle. One can also argue that is shows leading lines. I really like how large the pole looks from this angle and how it matches the grey sky.
This triptychs show the athletic succession here at SHHS. I was glad that I there were multiple atjletic related subjects for photos that could be used.
This photo demonstrates a worms eye angle. I like how the dark colors that are present all surround the microphone. It reminds me of public speaking and everything disappearing around you.
I really like the quality of this photo. I also like how blurred out the background is and the clear details of the silverware. Additionally, I like the position of the silverware and I was able to get creative with it.
During this course, I took a week off to travel to Israel for a wedding. I was present during the October 7th attack by Hamas. However I was able to take a camera with me and capture beautuful images.
On Tuesdays, Tel Aviv holds large markets that sell mainly clothing and jewelry. It was held outside our apartment balcony and we were able to attend later.
This is another view from our apartment where towers from the city of Tel Aviv can be seen. Nothing can every distory Israel's beauty.
I enjoyed this photography course very much and would recommend it to anyone. My photos were not perfect and needs improvement but that's alright. I was opened to useful techniques that will be useful in the long run. I hope to continue taking photos and excel even more.
