Website Compliance
Website Compliance
Each half term, the Robin AI website compliance checking tool (developed by the Key) will automatically run for each school. Schools will be provided with a compliance report for their own website which shows any areas that need attention.
A website compliance checklist list which shows those items which are statutory for publication on a school website, is also available. Please note that the school may choose to publish other non-statutory information. The checklist will support website compliance, whilst the Robin AI compliance checking tool will highlight missing or out of date information.
Please note that the list of statutory requirements is continually updated by DfE so needs regular review. If schools are aware of new requirements not shown on the checklist, they should let the WMAT Governance Professional know so that the master version can be updated.
An important part of ensuring website compliance is ensuring that any links included on the site are still current and take the user to the correct page. These should be checked on a regular basis.
It is recommended that you do not duplicate information on your website by including links, documents etc. on several pages.

Please ensure that you are using the current version of the checklist. Please email efelton@wmat.org.uk for the most up to date version.
