Weydon Multi Academy Trust publishes an annual calendar detailing key meeting dates across the Trust. This calendar includes scheduled meetings for a variety of groups, including:

• Senior Leadership Team and other professional development opportunities

• Architect planning and forums

• Attendance teams

• Subject Leaders

• Policy Leads

• Designated Safeguarding Leads

• Special Educational Needs Coordinators Network

• SEND Headteachers & Deputies

• SENCO Network

• Business Operations Leads

• Premises Managers

• Associate Staff

• Transition Leads (secondary schools)

• School-Centred Initial Teacher Training

• Other relevant groups as appropriate

The calendar provides proposed dates for these meetings; however, as representatives participate from each school, dates may be adjusted by mutual agreement to accommodate availability.

The purpose of these meetings is to share best practice and provide mutual support across the trust. This collaborative approach is particularly important when changes to working practices are required, as working together helps to share the workload and ensures consistency across all schools.

When new schools join the Trust, staff email details will be shared with the relevant groups to enable their participation in future meetings, further enhancing our collective knowledge and support network.
