WMAT Central Communications – Staff Information

Central communications are issued to all staff across the Weydon Multi Academy Trust on a weekly basis via the mY Newsletter. This is distributed every Friday at 12:30pm. The newsletter content is coordinated by Kathy Lockett.

The newsletter includes a range of updates and features, which may include:

• A welcome to new staff members

• Video messages from the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of Academy Improvement, and Subject Leads

• News and highlights from across the Trust, such as sporting fixtures and the WMAT Book Awards

If you have any suggestions or contributions for the newsletter, please email klockett@wmat.org.uk 

In addition to the weekly newsletter, other Trust-wide communications may be sent out on an ad hoc basis, as and when required.

At the start of each term, Kathy will request an updated list of staff email addresses. Please ensure that any new starters are added to your school’s email system promptly, and that their details are shared with Kathy so they can be included in the staff database and receive Trust communications.

Social media content relevant to the Trust can also be sent to Kathy for consideration.
