Across the Trust, a range of contracts and services are centrally procured on behalf of all schools. This collaborative approach allows us to harness a number of benefits, including greater efficiency, improved value for money, and consistency in service delivery.

By leveraging our collective purchasing power, the Trust is able to negotiate more competitive rates and secure high-quality services that meet the needs of all our academies. These contracts may include areas such as cleaning services, ICT provision, catering, facilities management, educational software, and other key operational functions.

Central procurement also ensures compliance with legal and financial regulations, supports sustainability goals, and reduces the administrative burden on individual schools — enabling school leaders and staff to focus more fully on educational priorities.
