PROFESSIONALS and PARA’S who service students:
ROLE-ID 033 - Instructional Educational Aides Instructional Educational Aides are reported as role 033. 090 Staff - Responsibilities records are not reported for Non-Instructional Aides such as library clerks, office clerks, attendance clerks, health clerks, etc. In some instances, an instructional educational aide may serve in a library. A 090 Staff - Responsibilities record is reported for aides who work in a library and spend most of their time helping students. Library clerks, who shelve books, check books in and out, and handle paperwork for the librarian are not reported on a 090 Staff - Responsibilities record and are, therefore, considered auxiliary staff.
Below are some examples of 90 records that were submitted a prior year. Notice that some roles require a student count and monthly minutes and others do not.
Using the sample below you can see there are staff that are no longer in our district so those must have their staff responsibilities removed.
**These records get rolled over from year to year. You must delete/add/update as appropriate.

If they are not on Master Schedule then add Staff Responsibility
If class meets daily:
Hours per day x 60 (min) X 20 (sch days in month)
If class does NOT meet daily:
Hours per week X 60 (min) x 4 (weeks)
Teachers:
Teacher information is built from the master schedule. If the monthly minutes are not calculated correctly, you need to override them. (This is usually the case for elementary teachers.)
On the PE minutes, we have one week in the month of October that was only four days, when figuring out the number of days taught and the minutes per day, would we go with the actual four days or do we just use five days?
