eSchool automatically enters an enrollment line for students who were enrolled the prior year or pre-registered.
Prior year enrolled students:
If student is a no-show, CLEAR or DROP the schedule, then delete the enrollment line. (High schools/middle schools can DROP by entering a withdrawal date so that they can keep a record of the schedule. Elementary schools can CLEAR.)
Select: Scheduling > Student Schedules > Student > Schedule Entry
Select: Registration > Entry & Withdrawal > Student Demographic > Entry/Withdrawal
Pre-registered students:
These students only have ONE enrollment line and the system won't let you delete it. Change the building to 878, change the entry date and withdrawal date to the last day of school. The status will become inactive.
