What is the fulfillment timeline and how do cancellations affect me?
In our commitment to deliver the best wine buying experience possible, Merchants are required to:
Confirm an order within one business day of receiving an order.
Mark the order as shipped within one business day of its confirmed shipping date.
If you cannot confirm or ship an order within this period, please use our tool to inform the customer about the pending delays through the Virtual Assistant on your Merchant Dashboard or by accessing https://www.vivino.com/contact/?workflow=merchant and following the prompts for "Delivery Issues".
Any uninformed breach of this fulfillment timeline by the merchant may result in a cancellation, which will affect your merchant rating.
* Cancellation reasons out of your control will not be counted against you (i.e. customer cancellations, wine match errors, etc.)Â
* Vivino reserves the right to re-shop the order to a Merchant Partner who can deliver the wine within the expected time frame.
If you will be impacted by severe weather conditions and expect delays, please follow our guide on Weatherhold Requests and contact your Merchant Support Coordinator for additional support if your delivery timeline is impacted for a longer period.
