How do I stop new orders from being sent to me?
Are you closed for vacation or holiday? Do you need to pause for inventory review or have staffing issues/shipping issues?
You can stop new orders from being sent to you by contacting our Merchant Support with at least 3 days advance notice.
Let them know:
Start date - when you will be unable to fulfill orders
End date - when you will be able to fulfill orders again
Before you leave, all pending orders must be fulfilled and changed to shipped status.
Alternatively, you can also submit your request directly from your Merchant Dashboard through the Virtual Assistant. When opening the chat, select "My Account" and follow the prompts to "Pause/Resume Sales".
