How do I request a later ship date?
When you Confirm the order, you are confirming that you have the wine(s) and will ship it out within 24 hours. Our SLA for fulfillment is 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Vivino recognizes you may need an extra day to ship the order.
You may request a later ship date for the following reasons:
Expecting additional stock to arrive to complete an order
Extreme weather (hot or cold) where it is unsafe to ship the wines
To request a later ship date, click “Confirm order” and select a future ship date from the drop down menu. Then click “Confirm”.
