How do I notify the customer that an order has been shipped?
An email notification is sent to a customer when a merchant confirms shipment and provides a tracking number on an order through our Merchant Dashboard.
It is important to provide a tracking number because the email notification will contain a link to the tracking page for the customer to track the shipment's progress. An order without a tracking link provided cannot be updated to Shipped.
