1. What are the PayPal rates?

2. Most transactions are seller protected but not all. What happens if a fraudulent transaction occurs and there is no seller protection? Does Vivino cover this?
Vivino is validating the seller protection policy for all transactions processed using PayPal. If there is an occurrence of fraud, please advise the Vivino Seller Support Team via email for your market as soon as possible referencing the Vivino order number in question and provide any supporting information available.
3. What is the payment schedule or distribution schedule to my account?
Payments for PayPal orders will transfer to the account holder upon shipping of the Vivino order.
4. Can we use PayPal for all transactions?
At this time, PayPal is not available exclusively for all transactions made through Vivino.
5. On the month end invoices, are there two different invoices for the different payment options?
There will only be one invoice issued for all Vivino orders from Marketplace sales generated.
6. PayPal told me to confirm my email address. Where do I do that?
Review the email addressed you used to sign up and register with PayPal. The confirmation email from PayPal will be sent there. If you run into any trouble with confirming your PayPal account on Vivino please reach out to PayPal support directly here.
7. I would like to know where in the dashboard I can see if the customer has paid with Stripe or PayPal.
You can now find a customer's payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within each order in your Merchant Dashboard, under "Payment Information."
8. Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? (Purchase / Buyer Protection)
