How do I request to cancel an order?
You can request to cancel an order for the following reasons:
The wine is matched incorrectly (vintage, bottle size, name, kind, varietal, etc)
You are out of stock and will not receive anymore inventory of that item
Shipping issues
Cancellation Reasons
Inventory - Vintage unavailable: You did not have the vintage that the customer ordered.
Inventory - Not enough Stock: You are short on inventory and cannot fulfill an order in full as ordered by the customer.
Inventory - Wine not carried: Vivino sent you a wine that you don’t have listed on your website or Vivino incorrectly matched your wine with the wrong wine.
Shipping Issue: The shipping address for the order is for a state that you cannot ship to or there is an issue and cannot ship the order.
Request a Cancellation
Click on Orders Tab.
Click on the Order ID link.
Select <Cancel> and then choose <Request Cancellation>.
In the Request Cancellation box, select a Cancellation Reason.
Once you click <Request Cancellation>, Vivino will inform the customer of the cancellation.
