How do I confirm an order?
When a new order is submitted by the customer, our merchant partners will receive a New Order email and the order will appear in the “To Do” and “New” tabs within the Merchant Dashboard.
Please verify that you have the specific wines in stock and that the customer information is accurate before confirming the order. Please do so within 1 business day of receiving the order.
If any order information is incorrect or you cannot fulfill the order as is (e.g. different vintage available, insufficient inventory, etc.), please do not confirm the order. Instead, follow these steps:
Access the Virtual Assistant from your Merchant Dashboard.
Follow the prompts for "Inventory Issues".
If any order information related to the Customer is incomplete, you can follow these steps for a resolution.
Access the Virtual Assistant from your Merchant Dashboard.
Follow the prompts for "Delivery Issues".
