Do I get reimbursed when a customer gets a discount on an order?
Vivino occasionally offers promotional discounts to customers in order to encourage new business. These promotions may not be previously agreed upon with the merchant. Customers may receive a discount on their order in the form of coupon codes or as an adjustment to the “shipping fee included” thresholds. The coupon or included shipping fee will apply to the customer’s shopping cart during checkout and is visible on the order details in the Merchant Dashboard.
Vivino will reimburse the merchant for any coupons or shipping fee adjustments (unless otherwise agreed upon) via Vivino’s application fee (learn more about application fees here). These reimbursements are also found in the merchant’s detailed order export report and monthly invoice.
