If the data that you need were not found after the scan, then there are no other good solutions.

Because data recovery is very time-sensitive and there are many factors that may affect original deleted data. For example, if the device has been used after data ware erased, the new data will overwrite the old one. And if the phone was factory reset, the data will also be cleared completely and is impossible to recover. 

Due to technical solution limitations, the customer's current problem cannot be solved.

Note

To deal with the user's refund request for this problem, you need to collect a screenshot of the scanning result to confirm the issue first before processing a refund.
