If the ticket you are handling is for the product FilmoraPro, refer to the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. If the user reported a technical issue, check the issue to see whether you can resolve it or not. You may need to refer to this information:

2. If you are confirmed that the issue is unresolvable, do not submit your ticket to the Technical Team as no technician supports this product. But please check the order's date and offer the solutions below accordingly:
(1) If the date is within the 30-day money-back period, just process the refund to the user directly.
Note: In Refund Remark, explain that the reason for the refund is because of the unresolvable FilmoraPro issue.
(2) If the date is passed the 30-day money-back period, you may suggest customer use Filmora instead.
