Note
1. Uniconverter 13 and Uniconverter 15 can be installed on user devices at the same time.

3. If a user contacted us and said he has a lifetime license for UniConverter 12 or 13 and insists on getting a free upgrade to UniConverter 15, then you need to:
Check his license type in TMS first. (You can also double-check the license name by checking order details > invoice.
If his license indeed displays as a lifetime license in the invoice, then you can escalate the case to the WS mentors to apply for a free upgrade for him especially.
If his license name does not have the word lifetime, then reject his request.
Note:
To judge if users can enjoy a free upgrade to UniConverter 15, it has nothing to do with the "the highest version authorized" shown in UMS. You only need to check the license type and UniConverter version users purchased according to the above table shows.
You can distinguish the version purchased by the UniConverter product name directly:
Wondershare UniConverter (means it is V12, which has no version number inside the product name.)

Wondershare UniConverter 14
Wondershare UniConverter 15
