What version of Uniconverter is the customers using?
1. Enter license email/UID/order number to WSID Authorization Record.
2. Check the Product under this user.
3. If the product shows Wondershare UniConverter (for mac), means this user is access to Wondershare UniConverter 12 and below versions.
4. If the Product shows Wondershare UniConverter 13, means this user is access to Wondershare UniConverter 13 only.
5. If the Product shows Wondershare UniConverter 14, means this user is access to Wondershare UniConverter 14 only.
FAQs
Q1. What if it shows Access to All Versions under The highest version authorized?
If it's for the product UniConverter, the major version that the user can access to only determined by whether the product shows the major version number. Currently, only product Filmora means all major versions are accessed if it shows Access to All Versions under The highest version authorized.
Q2. How should you handle a situation where a customer insists that they purchased a lifetime license of UniConverter?
We recommend politely requesting that the customer provide the invoice or confirmation email that confirms this purchase. If they are unable to provide the necessary documentation, we suggest escalating the issue to our internal team for further investigation.
If the issue of the customer is unmaintained products, please inform the customer.
