For Android

For Android Version V6.6.4 and above: 

• Go to Settings, and click Open Log.

• Restart the app and make the issue recur.

• Click Feedback to send us logs and device info.

For iOS

• Click Settings and then click Feedback, or you can also click the video button next to the Person button.

• Input your problem description (more than 10 characters), and add screenshots or recordings for the issue as attachments. then click Next.

• Check if there is mail to address, iPhone info, and software logs, and click “↑” button to send.
