This is an earthwork made of sweetgum balls, rocks, and branches that forms a flower. I used the sweetgum balls to map out the general shape of the flower, then used rocks to fill in the petals. Initially, I wanted to fill the center of the flower but ended up leaving it blank  so that the focus could remain on the petals of the flower.
