The following Online and Hands-on Training Requirements must be met to be allowed to work with HF and HF Precursors (chemicals that may generate HF):
NOTE: HF - AWARENESS training is for those who will only be working in the vicinity of others who use HF or HF Precursors.
NOTE: HF - USER training is for those who intend to work directly with HF. Trainers should upload any group-specific or activity-specific SWPs/RMFs when submitting the training record.

Hands-on training for HF AWARENESS consists of a presentation on the hazards of HF and HF Precursors (available at the link below).
This training in intended only for those working in the vicinity of HF or HF precursors. Workers who use HF or HF precursors should complete the HF USERS training.
You must receive hands-on training from an authorised Trainer (generally academic staff, post-docs or senior group members, or technical staff)
Review the list of School of Chemistry Current Trainers to contact a suitable trainer (zID/zPass login)
If a suitable trainer cannot be found, please contact chemistryoperations@unsw.edu.au
Hands-on training must be submitted by the Trainer using the School of Chemistry Training Record Submission Form
Attendees will need to 'Approve' the training submission
