Waste Disposal
To complete this module you must read and declare as read the SWPs listed below, and pass the quiz with a score of 85% or better.
This module consists of the following SWPs which should be declared as read in the quiz.
DISPOSAL OF UNWANTED CHEMICALS
Please dispose via the Lower Campus Store. Fill out the form below, send to the lower campus store and place with outgoing waste.
Please keep store opening hours in mind. Such forms must be sent to the store between Friday and 10am Tuesdays.
For particularly hazardous waste (ie: pyrophorics), contact the Research Laboratory Manager or HSE Advisor.

WASTE LABELS LIBRARY
The School of Chemistry Waste Labels Library can be found at the link below (zID/zPass log in required). You may create your own labels based on templates in the Library for waste that it not explicitly covered by existing labels. Please submit labels that you create to chemistryoperations@unsw.edu.au for review and possible inclusion into the library of available waste labels.
