The Research Training and Safety program currently consists of the following induction modules for specific labs or areas. You will have completed a module when you have read the SWPs and passed the quiz with a satisfactory score.
Once you've completed the required module, you may submit an access request online using the Online Access Request Form (see information below).

After successfully passing the quiz, you may use the online form below to request access (log in with zID/zPass). For the rooms above, only an Access Request is required (no need to submit an Induction).

You will receive an email asking to confirm your request and that you agree to abide by the lab rules - you must confirm/approve your access request if you wish to be given access to this lab.
School of Chemistry Technical Staff, your Supervisor (or their Delegate), and School of Chemistry Admin Staff must then complete the approvals process for your request. You will be notified by email when your access request has been either fully approved or rejected.
