Below is a compilation of all of the apps we use to operate the UH Ambassador program. Each section contains more information about how we use each app. We recommend creating a bookmarks folder with links to all of the apps below to keep all of your work related items together.
All the fun of being in one chat but organized channels so content is specific. We value your mental health and you are able to set notifications specific to each channel.

WIW is used for all things scheduling. Each week, Emma releases your schedule and shifts through WIW, which you must acknowledge. You will also be able to pick up additional shifts and request time off through WIW.

You've been or will be added to a Teams group called UH Ambassadors. In this group, you'll find files related to call campaigns and requested calls. You won't actually be making calls here. It's mostly a files and communications hub for your call shifts.

Skype is used to conduct call campaigns by giving you a UH number. It's essentially an online cellphone, so you won't have to use your real phone and jeopardize your privacy. Prospective students who request a call from a UH Ambassador will also be called through Skype for Business.

We use Zoom for all virtual events we facilitate with prospective students. This will also be used for those prospective students who request a Zoom meeting with a UH Ambassador.

Your one stop shop for all things UH Ambassador Program. If you have a question, it's 99% likely the answers exist on the Google site.
Radius is our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Radius is primarily a hub for select call campaigns. You will find the campaign lists for students to call here, and you will use Skype for Business to call them. (Sometimes call campaigns are stored here, other times they will be stored as a file in our Teams group. Your LC on duty will let you know, or you can ask in the Teams chat.)
